Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

When will my product arrive?

Please allow 7-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What happens on my delivery date

  • 1 Man deliveries are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home or into a ground / driveway that has adequate access for a pallet truck. )
  • 2 Man deliveries can be delivered into a ground floor room of your choice.
  • You will need to be in to receive your delivery, and a signature may be required.
  • If you’re not in when we try to deliver, we’ll leave a card letting you know how to rearrange delivery for a suitable time ( rearrange delivery will incur additional charges )

Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – prior to delivery ensure that there is adequate room to make the delivery considering hallways, staircases and elevators.

We offer delivery service to most UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland, Wales but excludes some Highland areas and most Western Isles) Please contact us if you would require overseas or offshore delivery, Northern Ireland, Highlands or Western Isles.

Delivery is provided on a chosen day, Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1800 hours.  

Once your order has been processed and is ready for despatch you may be contacted by email or  receive a telephone call from Greenview or our appointed carriers to arrange your delivery.

You must carefully inspect the stove whilst the driver is present, and only sign the driver’s paperwork when you have satisifed yourself that there has been no damage in transit. To clarify, your signature is certifiying that the goods have arrived without damage. We would like to make clear that it is not sufficient to sign as “unchecked” and verify the condition later. No subsequent claims will be allowed for damage in transit once you have signed for the goods.
